For mid-market delivery teams

You built it. Can you prove it's still worth paying for?

Delivery teams are good at shipping and bad at evidence. The work lands, the client goes quiet, and the only signal anyone has by renewal is a feeling.

The situation

A team running six or eight client apps has the answer sitting in each app's own database — and no way to see across them. Usage lives in the product, opinions live in someone's inbox, and the outage from three months ago lives in a Slack thread. Assembling that per client, by hand, before every renewal is the job nobody does.

What you'd count

The only part that changes between clients. Everything else — rules, score, feedback, incidents, report — is identical.

  • record.createdthe core action the app exists to make faster
  • user.activehow many of their team actually touched it this week
  • export.generatedthe output they'd otherwise go back to doing by hand

What you'd ask

Two audiences, asked separately and reported separately.

  • Whoever signed the contract

Is this saving your team the time we said it would?

  • Whoever uses it daily

Is it faster than how you worked before?

What you end up with

One score per client with the reasoning attached, and a report you can send. When a client asks what they're paying for, the answer is a document rather than a defence — and when one starts drifting, you find out in the month it happens rather than the week the contract ends.
